• Informational Items
  • IT Vendor Pool is underway, RFP has been released
  • Geospatial Summit - undecided if virtual or in-person
  • Parcel Project - early stages of wrap-up, coverage is now statewide, awaiting application of SB 2276, planning data distribution via web services and data download
  • The new Hub Data Portal will be publicized in the near future, before June 1. With this, Visual ND will be going away and data downloading will be different
• SQL Server Migration
  • All SQL Server databases are in production and Oracle databases are read-only
  • Test shutdown is April 21 
  • Planning to shut down Oracle around May 31
• Strategic Plan Discussion
  • This is updated every two years
  • The document is used to inform the reader of the goals and objectives of the GISTC and to assist the GISTC in tracking progress of our work
  •  A number of ideas and comments were provided by the Committee members - these will be integrated into the draft Strategic Plan
• Virtual Desktops
  • Brian B showed the work that he's been doing with the virtualization provided by NDIT through VMware
  • This has potential to provide remote workers the system performance they were accustomed to having when working on campus
• Roundtable Discussion - not done
