Boundary legislation, SB 2188, the Department of Commerce has the authority to submit city boundary information to the Census Bureau, this is now on the Governor's desk to be signed
ND GIS UC: Dr. Philp is a keynote speaker and his focus is on population health and will discuss the geography of wellness and how where you live affects your health in your past and your present
Those in the local public health units and the hospitals will be invited to the conference to hear the roundtable with Dr. Philp - will be very informative
Oil and Gas Division of the Industrial Commission is planning to work withe the Aeronautics Commission to get runway end points to assist in the permitting process
Esri provided a presentation on Web GIS
- ArcGIS Enterprise is the new name for the ArcGIS for Server product line
- ArcGIS Enterprise base deployment is comprised of 4 software components: ArcGIS Server (which includes eGDB), Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Data Store and ArcGIS Web Adapter
- Base deployment is required for running things such as GeoAnalytics and Insights
- You can now access Living Atlas through the Portal for ArcGIS, it is data that has been brought together by the Esri team
- With 10.5, Esri stated that you cannot buy more concurrent licenses but you can use concurrent licenses that you already have
