• Information Update
  • Chief Reinvention Officer, Julie Cabinaw has left the State
  • NDIT building – being emptied of employees for building repairs
  • Jim Langtry, North Dakota's new USGS Liaison, will be visiting us at the August GISTC meeting
  • NAIP – cached service has been updated
  • Azure Proof of Concept - servers will be shut down
  • Services in the Features folder on the GIS Hub REST will be removed
  • SQL Server – security is being set up
  • Basemap_Imagery – will be updated with 2018 but will be a composite containing other imagery such as Fargo 2017. Let us know if there are other local datasets that should be included
• Geospatial Summit Status
  • Website is done – registration is available for participants, sponsors, call for papers is out
• Teams Data Channel
  • There is a now a ‘Data’ channel in Teams that the GISTC can use to manage data – status, updates, conversation, etc.
• SDE Aerial Photos
  • Aerial photos that are still in SDE are being exported and will become image services
  • This will reduce size of databases and will make all imagery available in the same manner as imagery from 2006 and newer
• Atlantic Visit
  • Chris Chalmers visited to provide information regarding the services and products provided by his company
• Open Forum
  • Statewide recreation layer showing camping sites and trails would be nice to have
  • Parks and Recreation has only state-related data
  • Would be a resource-intensive project; we would need a project champion
