North Dakota Statewide Parcel Project Status Update

Phase 1 Update (aggregation of existing county data):

• Complete: Establish Baseline Status
• Complete: Conduct Pilot Study
• In Progress: Conduct Full Statewide Effort
  • Completed: Six out of six batches of counties have been processed
  • In Progress: Updates to scripts and inclusion of Grand Forks County
  • On deck: Set up parcel maintenance and documentation of technical architecture and project

Phase 2 Update (creation of new county data):

• Completed: Conduct Pilot Study
• In Progress: Conduct Full Effort
  • Completed: Data development for Adams and Benson
  • In Progress: Deed research nearing completion
