• Informational Items
  • NAIP 2018 service running - preliminary, based on MrSID files
  • Geospatial and Location Intelligence Summit planned for Oct. 22-23
  • Landowner app - will make use of statewide parcel data which is still in the ITD appropriations bill
• State Coordinate System
  • Updated document is ready for posting to the GIS website, pending a couple of minor changes
  • The DOT plans to send out an RFP for assistance with the 2022 statewide and regional coordinate system development
• Cloud
  • Network file shares are almost ready to use
  • A milestone document is under development to help communicate goals and timeline
  • A survey to state agencies will be sent out to help identify the impact upon state agencies when the GIS Hub moves to the cloud
• Feature Class Naming
  • We will not be using prefixes for the feature classes, instead relying on a naming convention utilizing modifiers
  • These names will be utilized to make it somewhat easier to find data in the "root folder" of the eGDB
• 2019 Goals
  • Tabled
• Open Forum
  • In light of North Dakota not being scheduled for the 2019 NAIP, there is a chance that the State Water Commission will be able to contribute for a statewide collect
