    • 2022 Datum – we are expecting some news by May of this year
  • USGS Report
    • Elaine showed us the NRCS collect in the Red River Basin
    • QL1 – 8 points/m2
    • Will be about 2 years before we see it, flown this spring (Fugro)
  • NAIP 2026
    • As previously reported, there is likely no NAIP 2026
    • Planning to send email to the NDGIS email list letting people know
    • The lack of imagery for 2026 sets the stage for discussing future imagery.  
    • Discussion on next steps/thoughts:
    • Each SGC member should make their respective directors aware of no planned 2026 imagery and the potential cost if the state were to proceed in collecting this year
    • Include in that narrative the concept that federal and state funding has been funding previous imagery collects
    • Should 2026 not occur due to timing and budget constraints 
      • Make directors aware helps set the table for future funding requests
      • We can use this time to build the case for imagery and how we wish to proceed, including the standard we collect/store/distribute and potential hybrid options where we direct but third-party hosts/distributes.
    • The narrative should include a focus on streamlining and efficiency
    • Create a white paper to include an executive summary of what is going on and what is needed.  Provide the white paper to a director and then ask the director if he/she thought it would be useful to see how imagery is used by that agency.

    • Phil has been using Siteimprove to test Instant Apps and Experience Builder app URLs
