- New 'Basemap_Imagery_Single' cached service - single vintage, statewide
MAGIC Symposium Wrap
- Appears that North Dakota will have 2018 NAIP, after that, unsure
- Content as a Service (CaaS) - we'll be seeing more of this, licensed data, in the future. E.g., NAIP
- People are missing out if not attending this, especially if budget pressures make it difficult to justify attending the Esri UC, the MAGIC Symposium may be an excellent replacement choice

Imagery Options
- The NAIP is an unknown after 2018
- Several options exist, the differences need to be detailed and then a course of action determined
- Cost-sharing opportunities?
NGS Presentation
- This is designed to review the impact of the upcoming datum changes
- Travel dates being planned
- Invitations will go out to state agencies and Society of Professional Land Surveyors
ND GIS Users Conference
- Early planning is underway
- It is very possible that there will be some changes made to it, reflecting attendees' expectations and priorities, and balancing time and $ cost with value
- The committee will be formed shortly...contact Bob ASAP if interested
Parcels
- There are two possible approaches for creating a statewide dataset, each with pros and cons
- Approach 1 - build internally and distribute as data and web service
- Approach 2 - build externally and distribute as web service - At the MAGIC Symposium, the State of Oklahoma described this as their process
