- The Esri Enterprise Advantage Program has been added to the state's Master Purchase Agreement
- The database will be updated from Oracle 11 to Oracle 12
- Connections should not be impacted

- We do this to allow people to use our data as they wish but with the stipulation we'd like to have credit for the data

- Strategic Plan
- The GISTC reviewed the current 2015-2017 plan in preparation for the 2017-2019 plan
- The GISTC agreed that that 3 primary goals are still relevant
- The Strategic Plan and the Executive Order that defines the GISTC may both see modifications based on the vision of the new Governor and new CIO
- The Executive Order will need changed due to the new Department of Environmental Quality being splintered off from the Department of Health
